The Customer Support Specialist will serve as the frontline representative of our company, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering an exceptional support experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others.
Requirements
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies to address customer needs effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory resolution.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership and following up to ensure resolution.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed, accurate records in our CRM system.
Identify recurring issues and share insights with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Assist in onboarding new customers and provide guidance on using our products or services.
Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); proficiency in Portuguese is a strong plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Empathy and a customer-first attitude.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
