UNIVERSUM is a Massachusetts-based startup building software solutions designed around the real needs of small and medium-sized businesses. We develop all-in-one point-of-sale systems and simple, transparent payment processing that help business owners focus on what they do best: running their business.
We're looking for a creative, resourceful designer who understands that great design isn't just about looking good, it's about delivering results.

What You'll Do?
• Design content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create ad designs for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Edit videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok.
• Design banners, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Create engaging thumbnails that drive clicks.
• Build or continue developing your motion graphics skills.
• Maintain and strengthen UNIVERSUM's visual identity across all channels.
Your Mission
You'll be responsible for creating the visual and video content that powers UNIVERSUM's brand presence and marketing campaigns. Your mission is simple: create content that not only looks great but also performs.
Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus).
Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects and formats simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and a collaborative attitude.
English proficiency (preferred B1–B2 level).
